Who uses OICAN's products?
Our products are used across all generations – from parents who want to give their toddlers extra cushioning during those first steps, to active adults.
How does the protective material in SafeHat work?
Our unique protection is based on a newly developed material.
Energy absorption: The material is only 5 mm thin yet has energy-absorbing properties. When an impact occurs, it helps absorb and distribute part of the force.
Strategic placement: The cushioning is integrated into the beanie or headband and covers both the forehead and back of the head – areas where minor impacts often occur.
Durable: The material is completely non-toxic and designed to be used repeatedly without losing its protective performance.
Discreet design: Thanks to its slim profile, the protection is invisible from the outside – making SafeHat look and feel like a regular beanie.
Please note that SafeHat is designed for everyday use and does not replace a certified safety helmet.
What do the size ranges look like in your SafeHat?
Our products is available in the following sizes:
X-Small: 48-50 cm (equivalent to approx. 8-15 months)
Small: 50-52.5 cm (equivalent to approx. 15 months – 2 years)
Medium: 52.5-55 cm (equivalent to approx. 2 years – 5 years)
Large: 55-58 cm (equivalent to + 5 years and adult)
X-Large: 58-61 cm (equivalent to adult)
How should my SafeHat be washed?
Always follow the care instructions found inside each beanie for more information.
Our cotton beanies can be machine washed at 30°C.
For knitted beanies, we recommend hand washing to minimize the risk of shrinkage.
Are your SafeHats comfortable to wear?
According to our customers, OICAN SafeHat is very comfortable to wear.
Many say the slight added weight from the protection enhances the feeling of safety and reassurance.
Is the protection in SafeHat hard?
No, quite the opposite. One of its key advantages is that the protection is soft and flexible.
Can discounts be combined?
Our promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers, bundle deals, or already discounted items, unless otherwise stated.
Deliveries
How long is your delivery time?
Your order is always dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we estimate that your order will arrive within 1–5 business days after dispatch.
For orders outside Sweden, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days.
What does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders within Sweden.
For orders outside Sweden, a shipping fee of 99 SEK applies.
Which shipping company do you send my order with?
We currently use PostNord as our primary shipping provider.
For some orders outside Sweden, alternative carriers such as DHL may be used.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we ship to all countries within the EU.
For purchases of OICAN products outside Sweden, local VAT rules apply. The VAT rate may vary depending on the destination country, and the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties or import fees.
Returns
How do I make a return?
Please fill out the form on this page, and we will contact you via email within 1–2 business days.

How much does the return cost?
Returns within Sweden: 79 SEK
Returns outside Sweden: 99 SEK
Refunds are processed within 7 days after the product has been returned to our warehouse.
What do I do if I received a damaged item?
If the package is damaged during delivery, you must report the damage directly to your postal agent when you pick up your package or the transport company that delivers your package. Submit your bug report to team@oicanwear.com and we will help you.
What do I do if I want to change the size?
To make an exchange:

For exchanges outside Sweden, a fee of 99 SEK applies.
How much does it cost to exchange an item?
Within Sweden we offer free exchanges.
For exchanges outside Sweden, a fee of 99 SEK applies.
When will the money be back in my account?
Refunds are processed within 7 days after the product has been returned to our warehouse.
Shortly after, the refund will be issued to the same account used for the purchase.
