Who uses OICAN's products?
OICAN Safe Hat is used by both children and adults who want extra protection in everyday life.
How does the protective material in your Safe Hat work?
The protective material in the Safe Hat is newly developed, non-toxic and 100% recyclable. Even though the material is only 5 mm thin, it has a good cushioning effect. When a blow to the head is made, some of the force released is dispersed and absorbed. By cushioning a fall or impact, the risk of injury is reduced.
Can Safe Hat be used indoors?
Yes! Safe Hat can be used both indoors and outdoors. We recommend the Cotton Collection with sports fabric or the OICAN headband for indoor use. For smaller children, it is important to regularly check that the child does not get too hot in the hat when used indoors.
What do the size ranges look like in your Safe Hat?
OICAN Safe Hat is available in the following sizes:
X-Small: 48-50 cm (equivalent to approx. 8-15 months)
Small: 50-52.5 cm (equivalent to approx. 15 months – 2 years)
Medium: 52.5-55 cm (equivalent to approx. 2 years – 5 years)
Large: 55-58 cm (equivalent to + 5 years and adult)
X-Large: 58-61 cm (equivalent to adult)
How should my Safe Hat be washed?
Safe Hat is machine washable at 30 degrees. Read the washing instructions on the inside of each hat for more information. Since OICAN Knitted is made of wool, hand washing is recommended to minimize the risk of shrinkage.
Are your Safe Hats comfortable to wear?
According to our existing customers, OICAN's SafeHat is very comfortable to wear. Many people find the slight weight increase that the protection brings gives an extra sense of safety and security. Please read more about what our customers think under "reviews".
Is the protection in Safe Hat hard?
The protection in the hats is soft and conforms to the head.
Deliveries
How long is your delivery time?
Your order is always shipped within 1-3 working days. Depending on where in the country you live, the delivery time may vary. We expect your product to be delivered between 1-5 working days after we send your order.
Which shipping company do you send my order with?
We currently use Postnord as a shipping company.
Do you ship abroad?
OICAN ships to all countries within the EU.
What applies to purchases outside Sweden?
For purchases of OICAN's products outside Sweden, local VAT regulations apply. The VAT may vary depending on the destination country, and the buyer is responsible for any customs and import fees.
Returns
How do I make a return?
Email team@oicanwear.com and we will send you a return label that can be printed at Postnord's return centers.
What do I do if I received a damaged item?
If the package is damaged during delivery, you must report the damage directly to your postal agent when you pick up your package or the transport company that delivers your package. Submit your bug report to team@oicanwear.com and we will help you.
What do I do if I want to change the size?
OICAN offers free exchanges. Email team@oicanwear.com and we will help you
Can I return the hat if it doesn't fit
When purchasing goods from OICAN, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the ordered item (the cancellation period).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that do not have tags, have been used or washed.
How much does the return cost?
Return shipping costs SEK 60. Product refunds are made within 7 days of the product being delivered back to our warehouse.
How much does it cost to exchange an item?
We offer free exchanges. Email team@oicanwear.com and we will help you exchange your item.
When will the money be back in my account?
Product refunds are made within 7 days of the product being delivered back to our warehouse. Shortly thereafter, you should see a refund to the same account you ordered your item from.
