1. Prices

All purchases on oicanwear.com are made in Swedish kronor (SEK). All prices include VAT.

For purchases outside Sweden, local VAT rules apply. The VAT rate may vary depending on the destination country, and the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties and import fees.

 

2. Shipping & Delivery

Your order will be confirmed by email. Your parcel will be delivered to a pickup point near you. Once your package is ready for collection, you will receive a notification via SMS or email.

Free shipping applies to deliveries within Sweden.

Outside Sweden

For orders outside Sweden, shipping costs apply, as well as any customs duties and import fees in accordance with local regulations.

Delivery time

We aim to process orders on the same day or the next business day. If an item is out of stock or has a longer delivery time than expected, you will be notified via SMS or email.

The standard delivery time is 2-3 business days within Sweden and 2-7 business days outside Sweden.

3. Payment Options

Card Payment

We accept payments with Visa and Mastercard.

Invoice

We partner with Klarna AB to offer invoice payments. To shop using Klarna invoice, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must not have any payment remarks
  • Your address must match your registered address
  • You must not have any outstanding payments with Klarna

When you complete your purchase, Klarna performs a simplified credit check to ensure these requirements are met.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are over 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

4. Right of withdrawal

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the product, in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59).

Returned items must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. When exercising your right of withdrawal, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping fee (79 SEK).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact OICAN customer service (see contact details). Returns must be securely packaged and include your name, order number, and the reason for the return.

Uncollected parcels are not covered by the right of withdrawal under the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act. For parcels that are not collected, a fee of 300 SEK will be charged. This fee covers the costs incurred for shipping and return handling.

 

5. Complaints

A three-year right to file a complaint applies in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.

In the event of a complaint, you must always contact OICAN customer service (see contact details) and provide your order number, the reason for the complaint, and preferably include photos of the issue.

When reporting a defective product, you must request a return authorization number (RN) and a return shipping label. Please do not send any items without prior agreement, as it is important for us to know that a return is on its way.

Make sure to package the product securely. If a complaint is made and no fault can be identified, a fee of 300 SEK will be charged.

Shipments without an RN will be returned to the sender, and the shipping cost will be charged.

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden.

6. Personal Data

OICAN is the data controller for the personal data you provide to us.

When placing an order, you provide personal information such as your name, address, email address, and phone number. By completing your purchase, you consent to us storing and using your information within our business operations in order to fulfill our obligations to you as a customer.

Your personal data is stored for the purpose of processing your order and meeting our contractual obligations, as well as for financial accounting requirements.

You may request to update or change your personal data at any time by contacting our customer service.

 

7. Transport Damage

If there is visible damage to the package or its packaging, it is important that you report this immediately to your pickup point. Please also contact our customer service.

Any hidden transport damage should be reported to our customer service as soon as possible for further handling.
