We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• be in the same condition as when you received it
• be unused
• have all tags attached
• be returned in its original packaging

You must also be able to provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

A return fee applies:

Returns within Sweden: 79 SEK
Returns within the EU: 99 SEK

If your return is approved, we will send you:

• a return shipping label
• instructions on how and where to send your item

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will unfortunately not be accepted.

Exchanges

You can exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, the same conditions as for returns apply.

An exchange fee applies:

Within Sweden: FREE
Within the EU: 99 SEK

How to request an exchange

To start an exchange, please complete the form below. We will review your request and contact you by email within 1-2 business days.

If the exchange is approved, we will send you:

• a return shipping label
• instructions on how and where to return the item

The replacement item will be shipped once we have received and approved your return.

Please not that the replacement item may be processed as a separate order.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If the refund is approved:

• the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method

Please note that it may take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
